Cancellation Policy
Registration and Tuition Deadlines Last Day to Register for Classes: October 10, 2026 1st Half of Tuition Due: October 25, 2026 2nd Half of Tuition Due: March 14, 2027 Discounts Families enrolled in 3 or more group classes receive a 10% discount. Families who pay all tuition in full by September 23, 2026 receive a 5% discount. Discounts apply only if all payments are made on time and paid in cash or check. No discounts will be applied to: Online payments Guest choreographer classes Private lessons Fees A $15 late fee will be added every 14 days past the original due date. Failure to Pay Failure to pay tuition may result in removal from performances and/or costumes being withheld. Extensions Hanna understands that some families may need additional time to make payments. If this is communicated in advance and a payment plan is agreed upon, late fees will not be applied. If you need an extension, please notify Hanna as soon as possible. Thank you!
